RETURNS, REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS
RETURNS: No returns accepted unless faulty or damaged. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if you have received a faulty or damaged product.
REFUNDS: in the event of items damaged in transit, please contact us and retain all packaging and items. You may be required to bring them into your local post office for damage assessment. A refund will not be provided until this has been done.
If we have agreed to refund your order at your request, you will be charged the applicable merchant fees to cancel your order plus a 5% restocking fee.
SHIPPING & PICK UP
SHIPPING: All packages are sent with Australia Post or Sendle Courier.
Australia Post - Regular can take anywhere from 5 - 8 business days. Express Post is usually next business day but can take up to 2 - 4 business days. Once your item/s are in the hands of Australia Post, we hold no responsibility for lost or delayed item/s.
For delivery of heavier or larger items within Perth metro, we use Sendle Courier. This can take 1-3 business days.
We also offer local deliveries for orders within 15km from Wandi 6167.
PICK UP: We are located in Wandi, Western Australia 6167 and you are welcome to pick up your order. Select Local Pickup at checkout. An email will be sent once your order is ready for collection.
Please allow 5-10 working days before your order is sent out. For urgent orders, please send us an email to check if we are able to process your order quicker.
Certain products like large backdrops may take 2-4 weeks to process and ship out to you.
