Refund policy

Exceptions / non-returnable items
No returns accepted unless faulty or damaged. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if you have received a faulty or damaged product.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In the event of items damaged in transit, please contact us and retain all packaging and items. You may be required to bring them into your local post office for damage assessment. A refund will not be provided until this has been done.

If we have agreed to refund your order at your request, you will be charged the applicable merchant fees to cancel your order plus a 5% restocking fee.


To start a return, you can contact us at summerprint@outlook.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
